Somatic Repatterning is a body-mind technique that allows access of our inherent potency.

In our human experience we imprint beliefs that limit or expand our consciousness. Limiting beliefs often originate unconsciously (or subconsciously)  from trauma, abuse, family patterns, social constructs, dogmas, mass consciousness, ancestral patterns, etc.
